KIDS Program & Right Track - VP of Infant Development

Jill is the VP of Infant Development at HIT. In addition to coordinating the KIDS Program for Region 8, Jill works with families enrolled in infant development as a Primary Early Intervention Professional (PEIP), Early Childhood Special Education Consultant, and Evaluator. Jill has been working in the field of early intervention since 1994.

Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Dickinson State University in with a major in English and a minor in Journalism. She obtained a Master of Education from the University of North Dakota with an emphasis in Early Child Special Education and obtained a second Master degree (Master of Science) in Early Childhood with endorsements in Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Education (grades 1-6), and Early Childhood Education (birth-3rd grade).

Jill is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage d/b/a World Institute for Nurturing Communication (WINC) and teaches infant massage classes for West Dakota Parent Resource Center. She has been active in participating on committees that support children and families across North Dakota as well as serving our country for eight years in the North Dakota Army National Guard.

In her spare time, Jill sells Tastefully Simple and enjoys cooking, reading, scrapbooking, camping, and gardening outdoors.

Jill and her husband, Scott, reside in the Dickinson area. They have four children: two boys (Taren and Talon) and two girls (Tiana and Tasia). Jill loves spending time with her family and supporting her children in their extracurricular activities.
