Darcie has been employed with HIT Inc. since December of 1990. After graduating from Robinson High School, she went to Valley City State University where she graduated with a bachelor of science degree in secondary education with majors in English and physical education and a minor in athletic coaching. She also attended one and a half years at the University of Mary taking occupational therapy classes.
Darcie worked ten years at Dacotah Alpha where she worked in various areas with individuals with brain injuries and physical disabilities. In 2000 she started working at Dakota Pointe as the Resident Manager. She works with the Program Manager and supervises staff and residents. She also assists in developing progammming to enhance individual skills in activities of daily living and independent living. The program concentrates on developing skills in people with brain injuries so they can live as independently as possible.
Darcie lives in Bismarck. She enjoys playing softball, reading, fishing, camping, going to Viking's games, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Cola.
