Job Coach

HIT Inc. is looking for a part time Job Coach and Developer for in the Dickinson area. The employee would be working with people with a variety of disabilities helping them find a job in the Dickinson community. This person must be able to make cold calls to employers, develop job leads, attend interviews, fill out applications, create resumes, working with supporting team members, and provide on-site job coaching to help individuals become successful in their positions.
Hours for this position vary greatly. Must be available between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. May be required to work early mornings or nights, weekends, and holidays.
A qualified candidate will have good written and oral communication skills. Must be self directed and be able able to work largely unsupervised and have a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED required. Must have a reliable form of transportation. Criminal background check and drug test required.
Minimum salary: $12.25/hr
