The Bismarck Mandan Chamber held a ribbon cutting ceremony on November 18th to help celebrate the opening of the two new 4 bed ICF's in south Mandan. The homes will create 30 new jobs in Mandan. Eight individuals from the State of ND Developmental Center in Grafton will be arriving in Mandan in coming weeks.
