Region 8 Service Area
The K.I.D.S. Program serves Southwest North Dakota and includes the following counties: Adams, Billings, Bowman, Dunn, Golden Valley, Hettinger, Slope and Stark.
The K.I.D.S. Program, a program of HIT, Inc., in conjunction with Badlands Human Service Center will provide services to eligible children in Southwestern North Dakota under three years of age who may be experiencing delays in their development.
