Individualized Supported Living Arrangement
ISLA (Individualized Supported Living Arrangement) services consist of individual, small group, or integrated settings in apartments or houses.
Individuals are supported in their own apartments with as many or as few hours of direct staff assistance necessary for them to succeed in the community. The ISLA program also supports individuals in Adult Foster Care through licensed foster care providers which allow individuals a chance to live and grow in a family setting.
