ECA's clients include Head Start and Even Start Family Literacy Programs, public and private schools, public and private social service agencies, and educational publishers.
Early Head Start National Resource Center The EHS NRC works in partnership with the Infant/Toddler Specialists at the regionally-based Quality Improvement Centers (QICs) to ensure that Early Head Start programs have information and training on "best practices" on a range of topics.
