Who We Serve
Infants and Toddlers ages 0-3 who qualify for Early Intervention services meet one of the following criteria:
High Risk condition:
Has a diagnosis or disability that impairs typical development to include vision and hearing
Has a significant health condition that puts them at high risk for developmental delays
Infants and Toddlers meeting the high risk conditions for eligibility may be determined automatically eligible based on their medical records

Developmental Delay in cognition, gross motor, fine motor, communication (receptive and/or expressive language development), social or emotional development, adaptive behavior, or sensory processing
Displays a 25% developmental delay in two or more areas of development
Displays a 50% developmental delay in one or more areas of development
Informed Clinic Option
Eligibility for developmental delays and/or informed clinic are determined based on a comprehensive developmental evaluation conducted by a team of early intervention professionals (physical therapist, occupational therapist, early childhood special educator, speech/language pathologist or social worker).
ANYONE can refer a child for a developmental evaluation.
This includes by is not limited to parents, grandparents, caregivers, doctors, therapists, daycare providers and community providers.
The K.I.D.S. Program provides FREE comprehensive developmental evaluations to all children referred to the program regardless of eligibility.
