HIT, Inc's Employment Services Program provides job development, job placement, and coaching services to assist people in acquiring gainful and competitive employment.
 
For most people, finding a job is the primary goal. However, we also offer job shadowing, situational assessments, and other evaluation tools through the discovery process that helps determine whether a job suits them. Once a job is secured, HIT's job coaches continue to work to ensure success and stability.
 
HIT, Inc. offers Employment Services in Bismarck/Mandan and Dickinson. 
 
Generally, referrals come to us through the North Dakota Division of Vocational Rehabilitation or another agency but also may be a part of our Day Services.
